A safe and inclusive outdoor environment, so no childcare worries or costs as they will be with you the entire time. Kids of all ages are welcome to join in the fun.

Great option if you’re pregnant with number two (or three!)

We regularly have mums attend who are pregnant and our fully qualified instructors can adapt the exercises so you can carry on through pregnancy.

No experience necessary. You are in safe hands.

We are qualified to take care of you when you are working out with us. You may be pregnant or have recently had a baby. Whatever your situation, we will guide you with our expertise and knowledge.

 

Structured to work on key areas weakened during pregnancy.

Each class is structured to work the key areas that are weakened during pregnancy and childbirth as well as pushing your cardiovascular fitness to really see results.

Really gets you moving so helps with cardiovascular fitness.

You may have been resting since you had your baby, or perhaps you have not exercised for a while . Our classes will get you moving and your heart beating!

Nutritional advice included to help nourish your busy body.

Nutritional advice is included in the program and our trainers and nutritional advisors will ensure you have all the tools to get the results you want!
