Pregnancy is not a time to stop exercising, although it’s not really the time to start a new type of exercise. Movement and targeted exercise is very important during pregnancy both for your physical and mental health. Exercise can help your body cope with the extra demands of growing a baby and to help with labour and post-natal recovery.
Pregnant ladies are very welcome to classes. We often have mums with their second (even third) baby coming along to keep active (often with little ones in tow) and to keep a sense of community.
Our qualified instructors can adapt all exercises to cater for each trimester.
We also offer small group pregnancy exercise classes.
