Lauren Youell
Hello, I’m Lauren, a level 4 personal trainer with a speciality in Pre and post natal fitness.
I am also a mum to 3 young children so understand the challenges busy mums face. I have a background in Sports Psychology and believe fitness is a huge part of our physical and psychological well being (especially when you become a mum!). I also have PT clients and teach a wide range of fitness classes so my classes are full of variety for all levels of fitness and cater for the individual. I loved my post natal fitness journey and enjoy trying to help others achieve the same, whether it’s general fitness or trying to reach a specific goal.
Sarah Caven
Sarah is a level 3 qualified personal trainer and a qualified pre and post-natal fitness instructor.
Sarah is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer and a qualified pre and post-natal fitness instructor. She has a strong passion for helping females get fitter, stronger and feel better about themselves both physically and mentally through fitness. Sarah has experience working with pre and post-natal clients on a one-to-one basis and experience teaching a variety of fitness classes, giving her the knowledge to run fun, challenging and safe Buggy Workout UK classes. Sarah also runs a successful Personal Training business called Sarah Caven Fitness and outdoor bootcamps in central Winchester.
Sophie Bernardo
Sophie is a Level 3 qualified personal trainer and pre and post-natal specialist
Sophie loves nothing more than to help others move better, and feel healthier and happier in their day to day life through exercise and small lifestyle changes. She has experience working with pre and post-natal clients on a one-to-one basis and with running bootcamps.
This experience and knowledge ensures Sophie provides varied, challenging but safe and fun classes.
