Our classes are a results-based workout designed for mums  (and Dads) who want to work on their fitness in a safe and inclusive way without the worry or cost of organising child care!   Kids of all ages welcome to the classes to join in the fun.

Each class is structured to work the key areas that are weakened during pregnancy and childbirth as well as pushing your cardiovascular fitness to really see results. Even if you didn’t exercise before your pregnancy, this program will give you the guidance to be happy, healthy and fit!   You can be sure of a safe and appropriate workout with our specially trained pre and post-natal personal trainers.

We regularly have mums attend who are pregnant with number two (or three!) and our fully qualified instructors can adapt the exercises so you can carry on through pregnancy.

Nutritional advice is included in the program and our trainers and nutritional advisors will ensure you have all the tools to get the results you want!
